Reservations can be made contacting Spa directly or book on the hotel's experience page. Please let us know if any allergies upon booking your treatments and/or if you require a prenatal therapist. For reservations, please call us at 305-534-5555 or email us at reservations@kalmaspas.com. Via email please mention you are staying at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club.
ALL spa treatments are billed separate from the hotel and a credit or debit card is required to hold all bookings. An additional 20% service charge will be added to your final bill.
Payment
Our spa treatments can be paid by credit card or cash. No checks accepted.
Cancellation policy
Due to popularity, demand and exclusivity of our Spa services, appointment changes and cancellations will only be excepted up to 24 hours in advance prior to originally scheduled services. Otherwise, the full cost of the service will be charged. Services booked within a 24 hour notice will be subject to same policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be available for no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
